Staff Application Overview

Requirements

  • ✅ At least 750 hours of in-game experience
  • ✅ Between 70 and 100 hours logged on our servers
  • ✅ A working microphone
  • ✅ Recording software installed
  • ✅ Active, friendly, mature, and willing to learn
  • ✅ Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations
  • ✅ Fluency in English
  • ✅ Confidence in decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

  • ✔ Assisting players on Discord
  • ✔ Answering and investigating support tickets in-game until resolution
  • ✔ Enforcing community rules
  • ✔ Creating a safe and secure playing environment

Promotion Process

📈 After completing the Chat Moderator role, you will advance to a Trial Moderator position. Once successfully completing the Trial Moderator role, you'll be promoted to a Full Moderator position. Promotions are based on performance, activity, and attitude toward your team and the community.

Note: The Full Moderator position is a paid role.
